We put care, intention, and confidence into every BussyButta™ product. Because our products are intimate and personal, all sales are final.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
We don’t offer returns or refunds if you:
• Change your mind
• Order the wrong product or scent
• Decide it’s not for you
• Order incorrectly
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
If Something’s Not Right
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (and equivalent international consumer laws) are always respected.
If your order arrives:
• Faulty
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Not as described
We’ve got you.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@bussybutta.com including:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights. Where a return is required, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products, unless the product itself is faulty or fails to meet consumer guarantees.
Global Returns and Refunds
For orders shipped outside Australia:
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees paid at checkout or on delivery are non-refundable
• We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Asia
For customers located in Asia, BussyButta™ products are sold as final sale due to their intimate and personal nature.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders
• Personal preference
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and supporting photos.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable local consumer protection laws.
Europe (EU & UK)
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you normally have the right to cancel or return an online purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Because BussyButta™ products are intimate personal care items:
• Unopened and unused products (with the seal intact) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery
• Opened or used products cannot be returned, except where the product is faulty or not as described
Return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns (unopened products only) are the responsibility of the customer.
North America (USA & Canada)
For customers located in the United States, all BussyButta™ products are sold as final sale due to their intimate and personal nature.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders
